The Arizona Association for Property and Evidence (A.A.P.E.) is a non-profit organization that was established in 1992 to provide a network to promote the professionalism of the property and evidence function within the state.

The Arkansas Association of Property and Evidence (A.A.P.E.) is a non-profit organization that was established in 2005 to provide a network to promote the professionalism of the property and evidence function within the state.



The Colorado Association of Property and Evidence Technicians was originated to associate persons actively employed by law enforcement agencies within Colorado.
  • To deal with the collection, preservation, storage, and disposal methods within all law enforcement agencies in Colorado.
  • To educate and train property personnel, who deal with hazardous materials in safety standards, regarding the laws in the handling and disposal of those materials.
  • To exchange information and procedures used by law enforcement agencies in the handling and disposal of evidence and property.

The Illinois Association of Property and Evidence Managers (I.A.P.E.M.) is a non-profit professional organization, established in 2005, with the purpose and goal of promoting education and professionalism of the people who deal with property and evidence in the State of Illinois.





Oregon Association of Property & Evidence Officers

The mission of the Oregon Association of Property & Evidence Officers (OAPEO) is to promote professionalism of the property & evidence function within the state through the cooperation and sharing of information with individual agencies.



The Property & Evidence Association of Florida (P.E.A.F.) is an association composed of law enforcement evidence professionals from within the State of Florida. We have joined together for the purpose of education, information sharing, networking, and to increase the level of awareness for our profession. Whether a person is employed by an agency small or large, a sheriff’s office, police department, medical examiner’s office, educational institution, clerk of court, a state or federal agency, they can greatly benefit by becoming a member of P.E.A.F.
